"I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Excellent hotel

"Very clean, bed very comfortable. Room was made & towels were changed every day. The hotel is located inside a shopping center very convenient to everything. Food at the hotel restaurant was good. However, there is a local restaurant right across the street called Gallo Pinto with excellent food and better price. Front desk Margarita was the one who checked us in and was very friendly and always ready to help us with all our needs. This is the best hotel in Cocle, Penenome, when we were leaving, the Panamá National football team was coming in to check in. "
