"The hotel was closed and would not open for us. The Homeaway support staff failed miserably in supporting us, so, I finally took my own initiative to book another hotel on MY CREDIT CARD. I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management...

"Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol.
