"El apartamento está muy céntrico, muy limpio, para mí gusto me falta aire acondicionado y wifi. Hace mucho calor y los ventiladores son insuficientes. La cortina de plástico de la bañera se podría cambiar por mampara y poner más papel de WC ya que solo dejaron un rollo."

"Firstly, the location is ideal. There is the bus station and an Aldi supermarket only 5 mins away on foot. It is 10-15 minute walk from the beach and downtown Sanlucar. The apartment is well kept, clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The wifi and TV worked well. The kitchen was adequate for our needs so we could easily prepare meals. "Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there. "

"Maria was an excellent host, replied to any questions promptly and offered us so much information about the local area and traditions. This made our stay in Sanlucar so much more enjoyable even though we love this town. Maria went beyond all expectations when we encountered a problem with the hob on the cooker which was totally out of her control. "This was a perfect apartment for us. It was quiet yet right in the center of town, near great restaurants and the public market. We love to cook and the kitchen was quite efficient. There is a nice deck. The owners were very helpful and responsive."

"Accessoires de cuisine non satisfaisant si on désire cuisiner. Disjoncteur électrique principal qui sautait lors de l’utilisation de plus d’un appareil ( four et cuisinière!!!!) chauffe-eau etc."

"Der Vermieter hat kurzfristig eine größere Ersatzwohnung zum gleichen Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles war nagelneu, allerdings durch die Baustelle im Hof und durch offene Fenster mit einer Staubschicht überzogen. Das hieß für uns erstmal eine nächtliche Putzaktion. Weder im Bad noch auf den sonstigen Böden war die Fugenmasse sauber abgewischt worden. Der Putzmop war durch und durch sandig. Nach viermaligem Durchputzen war kein Sand mehr im Eimer. great location. Few things to note. Overall good.

"✓plugs next to bed ✓bathroom ✓internet I'm sure I booked with a room view but reservation had been processed as no road view (so had to upgrade for €4 which as perfectly fine). Also had come through as twin in stead of double - which is NOT OK but was fixed by hotel. Parking - it should be noted that parking is NOT in the public parking 15 meters in front of hotel but actually somewhere behind. In the end I just left the car in public and paid more. It should be stated much much more clearly that it is not a public discounted parking but somewhere else. No pool or gym, but very central location"

Lovely Hotel with Great Staff

"Exquisite hotel in Excellent location with great staff. This boutique hotel formerly a palace is a wonderful 5-star hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. From the moment you enter the hotel you are struck by the sense of calm that is created by the beautiful decor and artfully decorated spaces inside the hotel. The staff also help to create that feeling of calm. When my husband and I entered the hotel we were greeted by staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail which make for a relaxing environment. We also enjoyed this hotel's bar and T22 restaurant. The staff in the bar and restaurant are great. The food at T22 restaurant was fresh, beautifully prepared and creatively presented. We loved every did we had. For my husband and me, this is the only hotel to stay at if you are in Jerez because it will not disappoint. "

"Everything was great. Easy checkin and checkout. Breakfast option always available. Secure but Easy in/out capability. We used it as a central hub for easy access to Seville, Cádiz, Gibraltar and Tarifa via highways. Just loved this place. "
