"This property is 5 stars for when you compare the value you get to the cost of the hotel room. I was given a room upgrade as I am Gold Expedia member. The room was on the second floor. I used stairs as it is easier than elevator. Room was spacious, clean, very good hot water, very good wifi, beds and pillows were comfy, safe, mini fridge, and window on street. Checking in and checking out can be faster. A kind happy helper took me to my room and he showed the room. The breakfast buffet happy helper was kind and attentive … she checked on me couple of times. The food is above average but not wow… though, remember the low cost of the rental room. I loved the breakfast. The hotel is in a very quiet and safe location in the north of Bogota … but most importantly it is 1-2 minutes walking from the famous Unicentro Mall where you can find almost everything you need: western union to exchange money, many restaurants, Exito for general grocery, Claro for SIM cards, and many other things. My suggestions for improvement are: complimentary bottle of water, kettle for tea or coffee, safe instructions in englush, and small paper with key information like wifi password and nearby unicentro "
