"Nice, quiet place off the beaten path. Lots of space for parking, pretty property, and a nice looking pool (which I didnt use). The location of check-in was a little confusing upon initial arrival as it’s not staffed or labeled, but the dogs let them know I was there so they came out to check me in."

"This is the best place to stay after busy and loud crowds of the city. Alfonso is the most gracious of hosts and has built a beautiful home with six guest rooms that each have their own bathrooms, all situated around an inner courtyard. Dinner was excellent…one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile. The room was comfortable and I loved the wooden shutters that blocked all the light out. Very peaceful and quiet. "Booked 3 days, stayed 2, bed was like sleeping on the floor and the hotel was a rally drive from the reception, no WIFI and only one restaurant, however, beautiful views"

"We absolutely loved Francisco’s holiday villa, it was clean and very welcoming with a fantastic pool, my family and I enjoyed the pool immensely. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable and clean matresess and the bathrooms were well set out with an en suite next to the master bedroom. "Our room was well designed and comfortable, four poster bed with a great private terrace and lovely views of the old town. The hotel itself is well located and appointed with a good bar and lovely breakfast room. Just an observation and not a criticism, the light fittings are positioned to low and there are some repairs and new furnishings required to bring things to the highest standard. "

" My stay at this property was excellent! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in the beautiful Sierra mountains. "Arcos is a peculiar hotel located atop a cliff on the highest part of town. Do not try driving on the towns narrow streets. Call the hitel and get directons to the remote parking area. Beautiful town and many bars and restaurants to choose. "
