"Booked 3 days, stayed 2, bed was like sleeping on the floor and the hotel was a rally drive from the reception, no WIFI and only one restaurant, however, beautiful views"

"The hotel was closed and would not open for us. The Homeaway support staff failed miserably in supporting us, so, I finally took my own initiative to book another hotel on MY CREDIT CARD. I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management...

"There was seven in our party and We stayed for 10 fantastic days. The outside space and pool area are lovely and have multiple seating areas, the pool area did not have lights but this allowed for some impressive star gazing and did not stop us using the pool until late into the evening. "It is a beautiful hotel that is well managed, clean with friendly staff. Our room had the most amazing view of the canyon below which was worth the price alone. The only problem we had was at the breakfast buffet - when we ordered our eggs they brought us very small portions about the size of a table spoon on each plate with nothing else on the plate - and took us a while to even get that. And the staff were rushing around and weren’t very helpful. "

"the staff are excellent - so helpful - the hotel is small and immaculately clean - within walking distance of all of the sights and restaurants - they offer a discounted car parking service - car parks all really close to the hotel - the hotel bar offers the best coffee I have drunk for many years."
