"Property manager is very helpuand understanding your towards yourself and gave is everything we needed. It a great location, be fit as there are some hilly roads. Amazing place though on three floors and at 80 euros a night, not bad for 6 people all with own bathrooms."

"We had a good stay in Benissa"

"Other than a few let downs with the house alarm going off and police coming out (police were actually great and really helpful). Heating broke so no hot water for a day etc. Pool was freezing as it’s not heated so didn’t really use it. But the management staff are great and fast on WhatsApp so you don’t even need to try and phone and contend with a language barrier. You can just text them and they get back quick. Was a bit confusing as things like bins were not explained but we figured it out....

In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Auch zum einkaufen ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Lidl oder Aldi. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal das Haus gebucht bzw dort unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen definitiv wieder, Kate ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Lg...

"The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it."

"Basic but lovely apartment perfect for our 4 day stay in Benidorm. The apartment was clean and bright with one amazing sea view!!! Very close to old town and beaches and all the shops and entertainment Benidorm has to offer. Would definitely stay there again!!! "

Hotel review

"Loved the location of this hotel. Spotless modern rooms. Definitely worth paying a little extra for a Seaview room. Breakfast was included but very basic/not to my liking. Over the 4 days we stayed there, it was mainly very friendly, attentive female receptionists. Unfortunately one of the members of our group encountered the hotels only male receptionist at check in. This guy really isnt suited to a customer service role. His attitude was pathetic and his knowledge of his job role left a lot to be desired. Overall a great base to explore the area, will definitely return and recommend however that receptionist is worth watching. "
