"We needed a place through a coonection fly from one night. This place is about 3-5min from the airport. The rooms were clean and very confortable. The over all hotel, very nice. We will come back to enjoy gor a couple of nights."

"The hotel is beatiful, the room was clean and perfect for 2 people. The only problem we had with the room was that the bathroom had a leak and the floor was full of water after you took a bath. The staff is extremely nice and caring. It had a great pool and an amazing open area for kids to play. It is relatively close to El parque del cafe. I will definetly stay here again."

"The service and amiability of the owners were very good, friendly and warm. There are some issues to improve such as there was no phone in the room, the road to reach the hotel was not good, payment must be in cash or bank transfer on some conditions, towels are cheap, no air conditioner, and there were not some bath compliments such as shampoo, hair conditioner, no desk and the WIFI was a nightmare."

"It's a big traditional house with a friendly staff to take care of you while you're a guest. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every evening and took advantage of the opportunity to have the staff prepare meals for us. The location is off the beaten path, but is about an hour from everything that you will want to visit in the region. Make sure you confirm you're headed to the right address with the host before hitting the road as the address VRBO provided was not correct."

"Very clean and newly renovated hotel, one block away from the main shopping street and 5 min away from the Park ( where the Willys for Cocora Valley are). . Very quiet, good quality cosmetics, free potable water in the main lobby, comfortable pillows, lots of TV channels, safety deposit box. Good hot water pressure. Very charming too. Heads up there is no heat ( it gets chilly at night), so have a proper pijama and at least a sweater and long pants for evening walks. No need for AC during the day. Suggestions : a screen should be installed on the bathroom window, heaters availability for guests, a tall mirror in the room, more hangers are needed. I will gladly returned at this hotel, I actually liked it a lot. Customer service is good, and Alejandra is a top notch employee. She deserves a raise. "
