"La Hacienda An oasis of charm, calm & beauty set on the slopes of Riconada around 500 yards from a strip trip of restaurants , a bakery, pharmacies and dive shops …. The charming old but modern style villa sits in a beautiful garden of trees and flowers and a good sized pool . There are lots of parasols and sunbeds around the pool and it is lit with an abundance of fairy lights in the evening . Separate pool towels are provided and can be changed regularly but please remember ro think about the environmental impact. The large rooms are very modern with king sized beds, a range of furnishings , a modern shower room and I believe most have a Kitchenette with a fridge, hob a range of utensils and saucepans . There is a safe in each room and I believe most rooms have balconies and/ or terraces . La Havienda is all in all a supreme effigy of the word Boutique and well deserves its 4 star rating . The rooms are cleaned daily with towels being changed , bedding refreshed and small shower / shampoo toiletries provided . Sol and her team are excellent . Please remember to tip them ! On arrival she organised all of my toiletries and make up into different baskets ! That was a first. I also benefitted from a small private pool however it was cold and I didn’t use it. There is a bar which sits perfectly next to the pool area. Simply fabulous ! "

"The street is closed to vehicles every night for street market. Mostly touristy stuff and food but still cool. On Wednesday nights only a nightclub near the hotel plays LOUD music til 3 a.m. not the hotel's fault, but be aware. Mexico is noisy😀 I will stay here whenever I come to Puerto rscondido"

"We really liked being directly on Zicatela beach and close by to other surfing areas. The shops and restaurants are very much a beach type vibe. Good location, good A/C, warm water, pool and free breakfast on site. I do recommend ear plugs as the music can be loud some nights. Thank you."
