"We chose this property because it was close to the ADO bus depot, had a 9.2 rating and it was cheap. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The room decor was quirky and almost retro (lots of old colorful Mexican tiles). We never used the pool. The bed was not very comfortable but for the price I can’t really complain too much. Location is hidden behind the Hotel Santa Fe down a rough patch of road. For the price, it’s probably an 8.5 out of 10. "

"This is quiet, friendly, and very economical. The staff was excellent and gave extra effort to make our stay better. Location is ideal. Coffe shops, the best restauraunt in town, Almoraduz, a small grocery, and laundry are a block and a half away. I will stay there again on my next visit in PE. I have nothing negative to say other than the pool needed a backwash."

"al llegar siendo las 6 PM nadie nos cabrio, no nos enviaron las claves nunca, el encargado se disculpo diciendo que jamas le llego la reserva, estuvo de la patada, ya que a esa hora conseguir hotel en estos dias fue complicado, gracias por nada!!"

"I cant say enough wonderful things about Casa Alterna. My interactions with Mariana the staff, food was amazing , the house beautifully designed and decorated. If you need to destress in a perfect place ( gorgeous beach ) amazing house friendly people this is my go to place. Visit Casa Wabi and Omakase Kakaurega and meet like minded folks who can appreciate the area, art, people and architecture. Just relax and read , seim in the pool, if you are used to swimming in the Pacific Ocean the water...
