"Fabulous hotel. Lots of attentive staff on reception. Handed a ‘quick guide’ to the hotel which clearly explains what the hotel offers and where you can find it. Room was compact but modern and spotlessly clean. The sports bar concept was great but not executed quite right. A bit too formal for a space that should be relaxed. Beautifully designed. Nothing around the hotel as it’s on an industrial estate. Great for running though."

"(French version follow) We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The 360-degree panoramic view of the city from the top of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. On our last evening, we decided to dine on-site and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Additionally, the hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur la ville depuis le sommet de l’hôtel est tout simplement époustouflante. Pour notre dernier soir, nous avons décidé de dîner sur place et avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la cuisine. "The staff so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent assortment and great food . Also very modern and so clean . They have a place to lock up luggage , computer access , pool and gym . "We loved our stay at Grand Hyatt Barcelona! Beginning from the wonderful welcome at front desk from Clara, and continuing to the lovely breakfast and spa facilities, we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our short city break. Our hotel room had lovely mod cons making our stay comfortable and the area was accessible being relatively close to the airport (20 mins) and easily accessible to tourist sites by taxi, metro and bus. The cleanliness of this hotel is to be noted. All requests we had were swiftly resolved and the staff should really be applauded - from the door men to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurants and the cleaners - everyone was courteous and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
