"There was an incident the first night. Room was double booked. A couple entered while we were a sleep late at night. Then reception called and woke us to say there was a problem asking for our name. I complained the next day as it was a scary experience. Staff were ver apologetic. I would return as it had everything we wanted and was in a great location. "

"The breakfasts and staff are excellent. The hotel rooms and accoutrements are in pretty good shape for an older hotel. Scarlett and Sekh stand out as great employees. The city should be alerted to the distraction and concern guests have over the street people. They need help and we are unsure of what city or national services are in place to reduce their plight. We would happily return to this hotel for the above pluses and its perfect location. "

"First time staying here and it was excellent. Great room. Clean and quiet. The location is very convenient. Every floor has a pantry area with free coffee, tea, water, and snacks. Inside the room was a complimentary cloth tote bag and two lollipops. Shower water pressure was intense. Would absolutely stay again!"
