"The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are extremely helpful and professional etc. Big shout out to Max great support..Only thing i found very difficult, was they catered for a wedding reception and closed the hotel area and asked us not to use it. I find this very unprofessional when you have paid."

"Stay here often, lovely location, close to restaurants, Glockenspiel, and Rhine. Amazing breakfast. Free parking adjacent to hotel property but you can also pay for garage. One star off because someone started a fire in the Sauna and it was not available per staff, but I'll be back. Hairdryer but no toiletries and in room coffee isn't great, but breakfast buffet makes up for it. "
