Our apartment features accommodations for up to five guests, with one comfortable double bed, one single bed, and a pull-out sleeping couch. After a long day of exploring or meetings, you can retreat to the spacious roof garden to unwind or simply enjoy the ambiance of the neighborhood below.

The city center is just a 5-minute stroll away, with Eindhoven Central Station a mere 7 minutes on foot. Other attractions, including the Strijp-S area, Klokgebouw, Area 51 skate park, and various cinemas, are easily accessible and take around 10 to 15 minutes by foot.

House Rules:
-No smoking inside (fine of €250)
-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of €500
-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional €150 for cleaning
-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM
-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is fully yours during your stay, meaning that you can enter and leave whenever you want, since you have your own entrance!
