"Last review was from 2020. Unfortunately time has not helped. In May 2024 we encountered serious mold smell as we entered the apartment building, extending to the apartment. We had a serious allergic reaction to the mold and could not stay in the apartment. We left without unpacking and booked another hotel elsewhere. Neither the Owner nor Expedia through which we booked would refund the rental cost even though the apartment was uninhabitable to us."

Check-In verlief reibungslos via Schlüsselbox. Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist. Von der Bushaltestelle aus waren es noch ca 10 min. Fußweg zur Wohnung. The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

"This house was wonderful. It was built in 1612 but modernized on the inside with some old architecture touches. We fully enjoyed our stay here as the house was comfortable and Sandra added many personal touches that were above and beyond expectation!
