"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk from train station and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable but no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is good but the seating arrangement is a bit weird. The breakfast is served in the lobby/bar area and many seats are low comfy chairs with low tables not ideal when eating otherwise there are a few proper table and chairs but you are very close to other people and its not easy to get in and out to the buffet. "Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again"

"I was really surprised by how good this hotel was, really good condition, nice location, super comfy bed, kitchen facilities in room, good shower. The breakfast buffet was really tasty, good eggs and sausage. In the evening the restaurant serves really good food at a decent price, and the beer and service is good. Staff were fun, helpful and professional. Local environment is quiet, the local town a 15 minute walk, but its an easy and safe walk, and worth it as there are a couple of bars...

"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"
