"I was looking for an affordable place to stay while in Arzua and Albergue Miraiso fit the bill. Check in stops around 8pm which was an issue however since my flight was delayed and we didnt land until after 930pm. Lorenzo was so accomodating and met me there to do a late check in. He is very friendly and cordial. He seemed very genuinely interested in the guests. Helps he speaks multiple languages with all the random guests coming from the Camino. The double bed room was comfortable and the pricate bathroom was clean and well stocked and the alburgue itself was super clean."

"A good standard of hostel with blinds just for the beds. Each bunk also has a socket and light. A locker and key was also provided and staff were very helpful. Highly recommend for the budget traveller. Breakfast was included…."

"Whilst there was no physical reception, entry procedure was great, easy to get in, we were provided early entry into the property (due to illness, entry about 11am), very clean and private facilities were excellent. Property is located on the outskirts of town (but conveniently on the Camino heading towards Melide) and as such a long way from town center and suitable eateries. Offered breakfast but we passed it up (expensive), we had breakfast across the road about 50 metres away for half the price. Great value for money and would recommend with the warning of location. "
