"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. "Booked this fairly last minute for a bit of peace and quiet and good views and it did not disappoint! Place was spotless with everything you could need. Beautifully situated to give amazing views while also giving you quiet. Love my neighbours entertaining me - the wonderful animals on the property 😃 will definitely be back again ❤️"

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty).
