"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

"Absolutely amazing. There are three areas to stay. Cabins, long single story building with private little outlooks/access to woods, and a hotel type. We stayed in the one level building and it was incredible. So quiet and clean. Large rooms. Perfect views for the lights right out your room. Staff was SO nice. Fav hotel in Iceland. "
