"I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices. "

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"We stayed with our 6 year old and had a very nice time, a bed was set up for him on the couch! The flat and location is very quiet and cozy and in an easy location to explore Basel. Check in was simple. There is a great coffee shop, Coop (grocery), and pizza within walking distance and is very easy to get to from the train station as well. It was clean and comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks for hosting us. "

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. "My friends and I loved this apartment, and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a great location with a tram stop close by to get anywhere you’d like to go in Basel. There is a grocery store in close walking distance and we felt safe and secure in the building. It was wonder to return to the peaceful setting of the apartment after the fun intensity of the Fasnacht celebrations. Highly recommended, and the host was very responsive to questions."

"Highly recommended to anyone who loves to get out in the mountains. Networks of beautifully signposted Swiss footpaths pass the front door. The scenery is dramatic - limestone cliffs creating steep sided gorges - and makes for some challenging mountain biking! Gabriele was a generous host and her apartment made a cosy and extremely comfortable base for exploring. We were grateful for the warm log stove on the cool October nights."

"I had wonderful stay in Apartment Wolf IV, so clean and many lovely details. I really enjoyed my stay, the pillow was not suitable for me, but that's fine for 2 nights.
