"As much as the location is great, the service is really appalling. I booked spa before I came in and when we went to the spa they turned us around so we had to book again. Service despite the fact numerous staff was slow and appalling. Room amenities were ok all in all ok stay"

"We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. "Although the weather was not perfect, we had a delightful holiday here. Tony, the hotel owner, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities. However, the hotel staff would need additional professional training. During our first hour at the hotel, I sustained an injury while attempting to borrow a surfboard. "Coco Beach resort is a small, quiet and local property. It’s out of town which is great if you are after a quiet experience, and you can snorkel the reef in front of the property. Negatives are the road from town (holes and potholes). The cost of food at the restaurant is also pretty high. "An absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic restaurant onsite. There was a cyclone during out stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were very well looked after, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend The Terraces Boutique Apartments for accommodation, meals and service."

"An incredible place for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service. With excellent snorkeling directly in front of the resort, as well as kayaks and a SUP for guests to use, there are many things to do. We loved the attentiveness of the staff and the excellent meals. "This place was amazing! The owners and staff were beautiful and went above and beyond to accomodate us and make our stay just perfect. Food was amazing, plenty to do and any transport, activities, etc staff arranged for us hassle free. Will definitely be back 😊"

"What an amazing place to stay for a quiet and private break. The owner Dave is an amazing, thoughtful and kind host."

"The location is great and the snorkelling is excellent. The staff are fantastic. The resort needs some tender loving care. The gardens are well tendered, but the rest of the infrastructure needs work. Food is a bit hit and miss but there is a Beach Bar nearby thank goodness."

"Really felt it wasnt up to Resort Standards in terms of the accomadation, crockery wasnt cleaned, i had to clean it myself before i could the kitchen area inside the room, very outdated rooms in all areas... air con unit was very much ineffective to where it was set in the room.. Way it was advertise was very much misleading when i arrive... breakfast was hugely dissapointing,, breakfast baffet wasnt up to standards esp resort standards, choices was very limited...."

We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. "We had the deluded waterfront villa. It was really lovely, sitting in the deck overlooking water was just beautiful, we could see starfish and sea cucumbers in the crystal clear water of the lagoon. Only downside was no signal for TV, maintenance changed the TV as everything was in Chinese, but still no signal. Only a minor hiccup as we were on holiday, not there to watch TV. Fully self co tai ed with washing Mach and dryer, instructions again in Chinese but I worked it out. Air conditioner worked perfectly, and the spa batch was lovely and relaxing. Rosie on front desk was very helpful and friendly like all the staff in the restaurant etc. breakfast daily included was a bonus and looked forward to it each mornjng. Another bonus supermarket right next door selling everything including wine and beer. We loved staying there as on reading some of the reviews we were feeling a bit reluctant to stay there, but on our own experience we highly recommend staying here, and for the price we paid it was very reasonable. "
