We visited in the school holidays and although the property appeared busy they had closed one of the restaurants due to not enough guests for dinner. "Very nice resort on its own small island. Free boat across to the town, takes about 2-3 minutes. Food at breakfast was good - with enough variety to please pretty much everyone. Only complaint would be food options for lunch and dinner are rather limited and not cheap. "

"The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning water views on the bay, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, and cute tropical "fare" bungalows. You have the choice of swimming in the pristine sea or in the lovely swimming pool. The staff is so dedicated to helping you have the best stay and the manager is very helpful. We'll come back. "

"An absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic restaurant onsite. There was a cyclone during out stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were very well looked after, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend The Terraces Boutique Apartments for accommodation, meals and service."

It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. "Really felt it wasnt up to Resort Standards in terms of the accomadation, crockery wasnt cleaned, i had to clean it myself before i could the kitchen area inside the room, very outdated rooms in all areas... air con unit was very much ineffective to where it was set in the room.. Way it was advertise was very much misleading when i arrive... breakfast was hugely dissapointing,, breakfast baffet wasnt up to standards esp resort standards, choices was very limited...."

"Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others! "

"Lovely location on the lagoon and the walkways are a Garden of Eden. Rooms are huge with good air con, fan and kitchen facilities. Youtube movies available on large screens in each room and the staff couldnt be more helpful. Breakfast is good, but theres no other meal options unless you walk to another nearby lagoon resort. "

"Great short stroll to pool, beach, not overlooked by others. Staff amazing!!!! Chef cooked our caught fish and was the best fish ever ate. Staff very helpful. Few issues with external tour operators and miss communication from reception staff. Not telling us tour was cancelled until we were waiting for pickup yet they admitted to receiving call 2hrs earlier. But all ok.... happens like that . "
