Had to wait on check in and waited several minutes at desk for check-out and no one returned to desk. Used text to check out, as they sent us information on. Never received a final receipt, as mentioned I would via text. Feel like more people should be working and visible here. "

"Outside of Vegas, this was ine of the best casinos I've visited in a long while. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The only thing that i wished they had, was a sports betting area with a bunch of tvs and chairs. However, we still had an amazing time!"

"This hotel was very clean, safe, quite and very convenient for going to a show at their theater. Would definitely stay here again if I am going to another concert at this theater. The hotel breakfast was wonderful as well their dinners at the restaurant. There was a problem with my room, the toilet in my room was very low to the ground, needing a bar to get help to get off of it. We also wanted to have some pizza after the concert, but for some reason there was not pizza available that night. Also I think it is a bad idea not to have pizza slices available after the shows, most people want a snack after the show, not dinner. Also the ice cream that was available was great, but a sugar-free option would be nice. "
