The rooms were very clean and a great setup. The kitchen was well designed and it was nice to have a medium size fridge instead of the normal small hotel sized fridge. I liked that the artwork in the hallways was of Edmonton places. The staff were super accommodating when I ran into vehicle trouble and it caused delays with my check out plans. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not very warm and the jets were not strong at all. I would definitely stay at this facility again!!

I visited Towne’s place again after a long time and it did not disappoint. Still very clean and safe. The staffs were more friendly this time and welcoming. The kitchen ladies were amazing and breakfast was decent. The receptionist responded promptly to calls and were more helpful with replacing room keys. Overall, we had a great experience and I am back to staying in this hotel after a year of not going back there due to poor customer service.

All in all a nice place to stay. Comfy rooms with a decent size fridge in the kitchen which was suitable for our stay. The hot tub was not working and there is a fair amount of road construction at the property. One night there was no hot water, but was back by morning. I would stay at the property again.
