This home is centrally located in the heart of the city which is also close to the hot spots for great food, drinks, and entertainment. It's a newer build in an older quiet neighborhood just steps away from the Commonwealth Stadium and the Commonwealth Recreation Centre. The Rec Centre has great pools and gym facilities for all to enjoy.

This home has a basement suite which is rented by amazing long term tenants. Their suite has a private side entrance.
