BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Smoking / vaping in the home or on the balcony = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Week long stay
Clean, and Quiet. Not given any proper contact info so was locked out initially, went through an unnecessary process to get a simple code for a lock. Upon entering could not find anything and no notes or instructions on anything. The dishwasher and dryer and not easily accessible. (You'll see what i mean unless they change it) so called first aid kit under sink and stuck to bottom of cupboard under sink with mr clean. Someone did not log out of Netflix so did not know if I was to leave it or not. (Again NOBODY TO ASK) A/C improperly installed so it lets in more hot air than it cools, cold& hot water are not consistent. Ie:hot is not very hot cold not very cold. Said to be animal friendly yet i had to put cardboard in the sides of the washer/dryer to keep cat from getting in behind it.It looked like it had never been cleaned. No instructions for washer/dryer if you were not familiar with Samsung.if you stayed lond enough for fridge to need new water filter or ice maker problems? You are SOL. YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. IT IS ENDLESS DK NOT RECOMMEND

Great space. Terrible communication.
We loved the space it was clean and perfect for our stay. It’s too bad the communication from the management company was non existent. I sent multiple messages in the VRBO app regarding access the property, loud music from the garage below and non functioning outlets that still remain unanswered. Thankfully we figured it out ourselves. I would have loved to give this a 5 stars but if you’re in charge of a property you have to reply.
