This unique has a style all its own. Enjoy your vacation 2 bedroom * LOWER LEVEL * of 4-Plex designed for luxury comfort and smart home style. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your hearty and gourmet meals. Our place is just a few blocks from Whyte Ave. A short drive to Downtown and U of A . A home away from home with free parking and smart home devices. You will love it here.

It's a building with four separate living units. 2 units are in upper level and 2 units are in lower level.

This unit is in LOWER level.

Our 4-Plex is located close to a busy street, and thus there are road noises when the windows are opened.

Coin operated washer & dryer (two $1 per load) is shared with other guests and it is located in the lower level of the building.

Detergent is provided for guests to use.

Comfortable and quiet unit. The only thing missing was an air conditioner, but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the tower fan in the living room kept the apartment very comfortable. Linh was a great host, and very conscientious of our comfort during our stay.

We had a wonderful experience here. The host was so accommodating. She was able to get us in early and extend our stay with no issues. She is fast at responding to messages and kept in touch throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful and so welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again.

Good choice and convenient location
As advertised and with a decent rate. Unit was exactly as expected. Parking was right at the rear door. Good location both for vehicle and transit use. When the new Mill Woods LRT line is fully operational, this will be a perfect location to access any part of the city without paying downtown prices.

Great Place for the Family
The Hosts were excellent with communication and offered to be available even though our flight was coming in very late. This location was easy to find and very easy to access. They had fun with the decorating and we appreciated the "Beachy Theme" when it was 27 below in Edmonton. Lots of room, very well stock with dishes and utensils, coffee was available and very appreciated. I know Edmonton well so I was familiar with the area,.Good bus routes and hopefully soon, good access to the LRT. Pleasurable stay , great price and would recommend to Family and Friends.

Wonderful home away from home
My brother and I stayed here while visiting family at the Cross Cancer Institute and it was a perfect place to stay. Check in and communication were easy and smooth, we had absolutely everything we needed, including a wonderful vibe. The decor was soothing and helped us relax in the kiddie if a stressful situation. Lots of space for the two of us - who are both introverts and recharge solo- to each take our time apart while still being together. Lovely tech/amenities (I seriously want to buy myself one of those ceiling fans lol) and a pretty good location. We had a car, and nothing felt too hard to get to. Would 100% stay here again.

Amazing accommodations!
The place was very spacious and so tastefully decorated! There is such attention to detail and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is also has a well stocked kitchen. Linh responded to any of my questions almost immediately. The location is very central to the places we went to - downtown, the Strathcona Market, and South Common. Very easy access to parking and getting in and out of the building was simple, but secure. This will be my "go to" place to stay in Edmonton!

Great getaway space!
We have stayed in this space twice now and absolutely love it! Its clean, spacious and has everything you could need. Both times the owner was easy to get in touch with and is always very helpful. It is on a major road but has minimal road noise especially in the bedrooms (where it matters most) perks of the major road is its easy to get anywhere in the city and you are close to Mcdonalds and Tim Hortons. You will not regret booking this unit!
