Awesome place. Suite was very clean & comfortable, has ample amenities available, and is well designed given the small square footage.
Lots of street parking available close to suite.
Quiet location with short commute to downtown.

It’s a nice clean unit, in a great location. Close to many amenities including transit and restaurants. It is a very quiet location, making for restful sleep.
Only thing missing face clothes and dish cloths.

My partner and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Though it was initially difficult to find the door, upon finding it we had a wonderful time.
The place is super cute, not very large but everything you need for a stay. It’s in a great location. In close proximity to a few restaurants and shops. The kitchen had all the appliances I needed to make my pancakes in the morning. And if you’re staying here in the summer, they have a very nice balcony.
Would definitely recommend here for your Edmonton stay.
This property looks like it was built for the short term rental market, and it hits those boxes.
Everything we needed was there, I just had to run out for lemon juice for my tea, but I'm not normal.
This is a very clean property in a good location. Our only issue was the bed is shaped like a bowl. I would not stay here unless the owner has indicated in the description that they have changed the mattress. Yes, it was that bad. It’s unfortunate when time and money is obviously invested in a property and the entire experience is ruined by a terrible bed.

The instructions from the property manager was clear. Everything was fine. Only problem was it had been cleaned up from last tennant. The property manager apologized and came over to clean up. She was prompt and polite. Would refythe cleaning fee. I was satisfied with her response. I will stay there again.
Wonderful space and very well appointed. Modern and comfortable and in a great area. Found a fabulous burger place only a few blocks away - Flat Boy Burgers on 78 Ave. Worth the 15-minute walk as they also have a distillery on-site with various vodka sodas. Very tasty!! And for dessert, you're only another short walk to Kind Ice Cream on 76 Ave. Again, very tasty!! Also only a 15-minute walk to Mill Creek Ravine (68 Ave). A really nice pathway to the river.
