Other things to note :
- The home is directly on 98 Ave. Which results in hearing some road noise throughout the day if the tv is not on. We've provided a noise machine in the master bedroom to help muffle the noise.
- Street parking only at the moment.
- No access to the underground parking garage. This will be available in the future.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
