✦ This home comfortably sleeps 10. It includes a king bed, x2 queen size beds and x2 queen sofa beds (that you can turn into an extra sleeping space)- all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our home also has 2.5 sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

✦ Complementary WiFi, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $30ea or $50(for both) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

You have full and total access of the home during your stay including the driveway and garage. There is keyless entry to the home; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. We do not live on site, but are a quick message or phone call away!

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $750 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We neighbours to respect.
✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) and no drug use - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night.
✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
✦ Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Very nice, and spacy 3 bed room house on a quiet neighborhood. There is a strip mall nearby that you can access to grocery, and super market to buy things you need.

Met all expectations
Great stay at Summerside, the neighborhood is a little confusing, but a convenient location to family and amenities. The property was very spacious and kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and gadgets we needed. Great fireplace and places to gather. Yard looks great, but too much snow right now, will have to try the property in summer!
