The rooms were nice, clean, spacious and if you are able to get a room overlooking Lake Washington it could be an excellent place to watch the SeaFair Blue Angels display. I was limited in what i could do as I had a medical procedure to prep for down the road. Pleasant and friendly front desk host!"

"This isn't like a typical hotel, I was not expecting the amount of pre-checkin communication. Lots of texts to fill out and pay the deposit before I arrived, plus taking photos of my DL and filling out forms. Not easy to do while working a tradeshow. The place is nice and clean, but I did have to unexpectedly lug my 70lbs of luggage up to the third floor as there is no elevator. "What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...
