"Lovely guy at reception Mustafa, really helped me out on my first visit to Turkey. On the downside I asked for a quiet room and mine was right next to the road so traffic noise all day and night - but maybe there was nothing better. Sometimes the door key wouldn't work, frustrating."

The front desk manager, Gem, was amazingly helpful on my check in as well as lining out a whole day worth great sites that were not mentioned in my travel guide, to be honest had it not been for him I think I would have missed out so much about Edirne, so a very, very big thank you to the staff."

"Bad experience. Stayed 1 night, there was no water in the morning, could not take a shower. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, lots of hair. Balcony door was broke. The only good thing was the front desk. Lots of better options around for the same price. "
