The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. My only "con" is that the place needs a bit of a refresh and it starting...

"The room is a bit too small and the water can flow everywhere in the shower room, so there are a lot of rooms for improvement. Having said that, in general it is clean and pleasant."

And thankfully, the gentleman working at the property brought my bag up for me and let me in a little bit early so I could sleep! "Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't...

"Great little apartment which is well located for the centre of Bristol and the docks and near plenty of pubs and restaurants. We used it as a base for some historical touristy walks in the area, everything is within walking distance"

"For student accommodation, the place is great, and it’s value is second to none. Likewise the staff were friendly and great to deal with. However, is a 20 minute walk to the city center, and isn’t in the greatest area. Giving it 5 stars as it’s better than expected and considering the price of hotels at the time due to the billy joel concert, a clean bed and ensuite for that price is incredible. However if staying in the future when hotel prives aren’t through the roof, would stay elsewhere in...
