"Roach infested. Messed up our reservation and acted like we were at fault when we paid through Expedia. Absolutely nasty. Sad we came down to visit our soldier at Fort Gordon before he leaves and couldn't even bring him back to our place. Had to sit at a bowling alley as it was one of the only places open on Easter Sunday!!! Owners should be ashamed of themselves!!! I have lots of videos which we had to show before they would change our room to a less nasty one as we couldn't find another place...
