Cozy Living Room with Two Comfortable Couches

"My sister and I were here for 3 nights as a great location for visiting family in the Barrie area. The house was perfectly equipped and in a lovely setting next to the park. We were blessed with beautiful fall weather and enjoyed the array of colorful fall trees around the property. Overall a perfect setting."

"The house was great, had lots of room and great decorating. Love that the bedrooms had space for your things alongside the bed. I would say this place is bare bones though, no dressers for your clothes, no side tables or lamps in all of the rooms. The beds were very cheap and the mattresses were uncomfortable (you could feel the springs). There were linens and towels provided but I’m not sure how deep a clean this place gets in between guests (found hair in the shower, hair on the toilet, floors...

"This place was perfect for our short weekend family trip away from the city! We brought our two dogs with us and we all enjoyed spending time in their space, especially their backyard. It was so well kept. Their pool was so much fun with the volleyball net, we were glad that it was still open during September! The place was also super close to a small beach down the rode and a 10 min drive from Innisfil Beach Park, I would definitely hope to stay at this place again."

"We were in town for two weeks on business and Olivia's house was perfect for our needs and so convenient (7 minute drive to downtown). The house was cozy and clean, with all the basic amenities. Our dogs traveled with us so having a fair sized yard for them was very nice. We were out most of the day so it didn't bother us too much but the house is on a road which is heavily travelled by gravel dump trucks weekdays. The weekends and evenings are very peaceful though. "The property from Inside was clean but front yard and back yard were filled with leaves. Hot tub was the only good thing, other than that it was an average property that was listed on reasonable price. The price was good for the group of 8 people and Host was nice. "

"It has been 13 years since we spent dedicated time together away from our hustle-bustle lives! My mom is 95 and absolutely loved the pool as did one of my sisters and my (only) brother! My other two sisters have limited mobility using walkers, one requiring extra-special care. This wonderful space was perfect for them... main floor bedrooms/bath and the huge kitchen/gathering area were ideal. Perhaps the owners would consider adding railings here and there to assist better use of the outdoor...

"Owner was very friendly and communicative. Place was very clean. Excellent lake view. Has all amenities. Grocery and other stores within 15min drive. Excellent for weekend retreat. "

"The property description was accurate and the location was perfect for us. It was close to our daughter’s home and grocery, dollar store, shopper’s drugmart were all within 5 minutes. The park was right across the street for our two grandchildren ages 2 & 4. Suggestions: the kitchen was not really equipped for cooking meals ie: lack of pots and pans and they had sharp knives that would not even cut a bagel. Had to borrow from my daughter. Also recommend in the basement bedroom as no where to...
