With no instructions on how to access the unit, we contacted the host only to receive an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled, without prior notification. We were stuck having to find a new place to stay at 8 pm. Will not look to rent from this host again."

"This was a great time away for four nights. The weather was perfect, walking on the trails was beautiful with the colourful fall leaves. The condo was perfect size for two people. Bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen counters were very clean. We cooked a lot and found or made to work what pots, frying pans and utensils were there. "Our stay was overall pleasant, as the place was nice and quiet—great for relaxing. However, we would have preferred a more personal touch. The self-serve system of getting the keys from a lockbox and finding the unit felt impersonal, and it would have been nice to have someone on-site to introduce the place and provide guidance.
