"We recently stayed at Sam’s property it was nothing short of amazing. The home met every single need for our family holiday. We have a range of ages and everyone was catered to. We stayed at Sam’s house for 5 nights and I cannot say we needed anything at any point in time. We felt right at home. Laundry facilities, kitchen appliances. The kids loved the swimming pool. "Ideal base for 3 adults to use in Melbourne. Close to train station was very handy. Would definitely be happy to stay here again."

"We travelled from Bairnsdale to pick up my wifes family from Tullamarine Airport. Less than 10 minutes drive between the property and airport, and close to Westfield Airport West. Clean house, much better than staying in a small motel room. I would definitely book again when we next need to travel to the airport."

"3 families stayed here for a long weekend. The weather was great for swimming in the pool (waist deep and unheated but warm enough), there were ample kitchen and glassware, comfy beds and the highlight was the fire pit which we used nightly. The playground was a bit tired, and you have to bring bottled water beyond 10L provided, but the house was still brilliant for kids and adults, and we’d happily stay again."

"We had a great stay. The cottage was well appointed, airy and comfortable. Location was close to the fast food restaurants that our teen boys loved! Dave was fantastic to deal with and very accomodating. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. Would recommend to families. "

"The house was perfect for some home cooked meals. No staples (oil, salt, teas) provided, but plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. A few extra towels would have been great, but not really an issue. The fridge smelled strongly of fish, but didn’t impact our food. The neighbor gave us a message that we needed to turn off aircon by 10. On 2 very hot days and nights it would have been good to know that. We did have fans, so we managed. "

"This is a really nice, modern and well equipped apartment block, great facilities and very convenient for the train line straight into Flinders Street centre of Melbourne. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and the apartment clean and well equipped. Perfect for a stay in north Melbourne. "
