"Room was immaculate! Employees were very polite and helped us with luggage. There is NO elevator, so they did help us get our luggage upstairs. Continental breakfast was ok. only one plug on each side of the bed, and no other plugs available in the room, so I had to plug my phone in the bathroom. When we arrived, room was HOT. It took quite a few hours to cool it down and they didn't have a fan to help cool us. If you're expecting a certain number of reservations, cool the room down! Pillows...

"Bad cigarette smoke smell. Not convenient to park - in the back, had to walk almost to the end with my belongings (I am 74) and there was a door 2 places down which would have been more convenient to park but sign said “Use Other Door” so I had to tote ALL my things 3/4 way down a hall. Also, there was no one at the desk when I went to check out at 4am and it said there would be someone there 24/7. "

"We were trying to stay at local property and in this case I wish we wouldn't have. The room smelled like smoke, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower did not drain properly. Had to stand in water while taking a shower. It was not comfortable at all."

"We were very happy with the house and with Matthew. Matthew was wonderful!!! The only thing we were unhappy about was that we had to clean the dishes. We didn’t have many dirty dishes; however, since we had to pay a cleaning fee, I think that we should not have had to clean the dishes."
