"If you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the place. Doe’s Hideaway is even prettier in person. We enjoyed our mornings on the front and back porch drinking our coffee and reading our bibles. What a perfect way to start the day. Had fun fishing and walking around on property, the Alpaca's were entertaining too. The evening skies were spectacular while hearing all the sounds of nature. We will definitely be back when we visit our daughter at Baylor. "

"We had a comfortable stay in the cabin. It was fairly spacious and had all the important amenities. Bed was soft and comfortable. Full sized shower. If you have mobility issues, the composting toilet is a bit high. You walk through a small field to access the cabin and there have been animals sharing the field. It was a comfortable, quiet stay and just a short drive to WACO. through a small field"
