Between hiking in the Schoodic Peninsula, visiting Bar Harbor, and soaking up the view from Cadillac Mountain, we loved swinging on the porch swing, having coffee on the front porch, and relaxing around the dinner table. "We loved staying here in fact wish we had booked it for longer! The views were wonderful. close to a grocery store and a 30ish minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia. Very private. Great place to stay when you want to be able to enjoy Acadia and Bar Harbor but also want peace and quiet. Definitely would recommend to anyone."

"We stayed for several nights and enjoyed our time here. The interior is quite big and there is a lot of open space. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed using the popcorn popper as well. Even though there is no forced air heating or cooling, we felt quite comfortable, even with the outside temperature ranging from 40s to 80s. Also, the toilet had very low water pressure and would not go down when being flushed (don't know if it was clogged beforehand or what, but we didn't do it). Other than that i would stay again. "
