"We spent four nights here while riding in early November 2024. The place is recently renovated, spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we ride in this area. "

"We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!"

"This is a great house to rent if you are looking to ride the Spearhead Pocahontas trail or the Pocahontas Hatfield-McCoy trail. The Spearhead trail is right across the road and the Pocahontas HM connector is about a 10-15 min ride away on pavement. The home itself was very clean & roomy and had everything we needed. "My husband and i are from welch pineville area. We came home for a union of my niece and her husband. This was perfect for our needs. The bridal party got ready here. The space worked wonderfully. I can see this as a frequently used home for our out of state family for important gatherings. The memories made in WV are always sweeter!"
