"Don't book this hotel ! Food is terrible, cleanliness and food hygeine appalling, 5 days out of 7 someone defecated in the pool and it was then closed and the gym is a death trap. Entertainment team constantly hounding you throughout the day to go to their very mediocre evening entertainment Sort it out Phenicia - just appalling"

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...
