"The property was nicely situated and good inside. However, we found difficulty paying. The Property Managers only sent us payment details on the day we were checking in, and our mobile devices wouldn't let us pay over data (in the middle of the Channel!). Their Paypal system wasn't working, and so after hours of trying and messages going back and forth we managed to do it by direct bank transfer in the car as we drove to the property but it wasn't easy. The hot tub woke us at 4:30 am going through its cleaning cycle. The staircase to the bedroom is steep. It is unsuitable for children or the elderly or disabled."
