"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. "Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Die ersten 3 Regentage mit Besichtigung Nymphenburg und Augsburg verbracht. Anschließende Radtouren in der Umgebung, durchschnittlich 70km. Detaillierte Fahrradkarte hat der Vermieter gestellt. Insgesamt ein gelungener Fahrradurlaub. Leider konnte die Terrasse nicht wie vorgesehen genutzt werden, da nur die Morgensonne den Souterrain erreichte."
