"The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). The apartment was clean but a bit "unfinished" looking with some raw edges to the kitchenette counters and a very exposed water tank in the bathroom. "This was a beautiful place to stay. The area is very picturesque. The host was the friendliest lady you could ask for. We were given a full tour of the accomodation and shown how things worked. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4, it jad a very comfortable kingsize bed and 2 single beds, a bathroom, and an area with a table and 4 chairs and a tv. "As soon as the gate was opened we knew we had arrived at a special Chambre d'hote. The property was well maintained, welcoming hosts and very comfortable and ekegant rooms. We had a delightful evening meal with the hosts and another couple. We are on a cycle holiday and were thrilled to have our laundry done for us overnight. In the morning our bikes had even been turned to the direction we were going to travel."
