"The room was very clesn and spacious as we had a King suite but the mattress was too hard. You can tell immediately that it is a hard steel sprung mattress but thank god the pillows were great otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep."

"Nice to be outside of downtown but only minutes away. It is by the freeway but we were on the other side and didn’t hear it. The staff let us check in early and was accommodating when we had to leave early due to illness. I would definitely come back here. "

"Hotel was close to everything. Went through or going through an update. Service was good breakfast was good. Only complaint was even though downstairs meetinf area was big and comfortable the hotel dodnt allow using remote to watch the tv that was around the fire place. Huge bummer to have friends hanging out with np access to the tv in the lobby. Would I stay agin. Probably but that was the only issue. "

"The hotel itself like everything around it is new and fine. Unfortunately the view from my room is an empty lot with scattered old homeless encampments items in a field. Someone should go clean that up. Staff seemed annoyed to be working today. Didn’t fix the question about the wifi and it didn’t work so I had to use my phone and cellular data to do the Zoom meeting I needed to do after I arrived instead of my computer that couldn’t hang on to any meaningful wifi. "Overall a very nice experience. Check-in was cheerful and efficient, room was clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom shower set-up a bit odd, have to step into the shower to turn it on and get a splash of cold water. A few sketchy characters in the neighborhood in the morning but that isn't really the hotel's fault and not their problem."
