Vanessa in the breakfast area was super sweet and kind. She always made sure my needs were met. Kept the breakfast area, super clean and neat. It’s a place you feel very safe in every aspect I left my coat at the hotel and they were so kind to call me, and let me know the options for me getting my coat back I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would really like to thank Penn Strous for the wonderful three days spent at their hotel! PS. the beds were very comfortable which is very important for us! "
