"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. "Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. "This property is ideal for a quiet break. the gardens and views are really remarkable. The area is so quiet. Its probably not so great with children as there are 200 steps to town or same to beach otherwise its taxis which cost a bit. Breakfast was great for the view, pehaps a little pricey for the content. Beers and wines from reception were great value. The nearby beaches are very crowded.The town of Catania is beautiful, less busy at night than daytime. The theatro is splendid. Would come...
