"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room. "We chose this hotel from expedia.com. In fact our search area was Lom, Norway. But this hotel was roughly 60KM from Lom. Of course, I should have looked in the map before finalizing the booking but still it was far away from where we wanted to go. When we did reach there, we found a decent (not great) hotel which would accomodate most needs. It reminded me of low end business hotels in the US. But I guess that's expected! The facilities were basic, service (check in lady) very pleasant....

"We arrived late after a long day of travel and were given a friendly reception and free cake! Who doesn't love free cake! Super comfy beds too. Win!"
