"This was an unexpected stay and worked out well. Due to a family emergency, we needed a place close to the hospital (two blocks away) and within walking distance to local businesses and eatery for convenience. Overall, the neighborhood was very quiet with no problems.Our stay lasted several weeks during the cold winter and the hosts made sure that the areas around the property were cleared of snow and that is a must! "Very old building. Apartment is nicely supplied. Everything you need but not top of the line. Toilet is in very small area. Walls are so close toto toilet"

"The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. I think they were just greeting us! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again! Hope to next year! "

"This is an older property but it was clean and everything was as advertised. There are only two window units in the apartment, neither are in the bedrooms (which I was worried about) but they kept the apartment cool enough even with the 80 degree weather outside. Location is great if you are working on campus as it is just a block away! Would definitely stay here again!"
